Quotation and Approved Scope
We provide a quotation. Collection proceeds once you approve the scope of work.
Collection and Chain of Custody
Assets are collected across the UAE according to the approved scope, with chain-of-custody documentation.
Data Sanitization or Physical Destruction
Data sanitization or physical media destruction according to the approved project scope.
Reuse, Value Recovery or Recycling
Equipment is assessed for reuse and resale, or routed to responsible recycling when it has no suitable reuse outcome.
Reports and Certificates
You receive inventory reports and applicable certificates, including data destruction certificates where relevant.
Our processes use NIST SP 800-88 aligned data sanitization processes and focus on reuse, material recovery and documented recycling. We align with principles of the R2v3 framework but are not R2v3 certified. We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates.
